Dosing & Preparation
Mix 30g (about 3 tablespoons) of Whey Protein with 300ml water or low-fat milk. First, add the liquid to the provided shaker. Then add one serving of Whey Protein powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For optimal results drink 1-3 servings daily directly post-workout or in the morning.
Our Whey Tip
The protein elements of whey are metabolised very quickly, which is why you should drink a shake right after training. If you are interested in the complete package of an all-round supply for your muscles, you could add the 3K Protein supplement as well. Nice taste but avoid to use it with sweet drinks
The flavour is really good and the pullver is easy to disolved, I tried with normal and coconut drink but it tasted too sweet so I use it with sugar free soy milk, I also use it as flavour for cakes and cookies when I made them.
This is my favourite product from Foodspring, either with soy milk or normal one, taste is excellent and the pullver really gets disolved in the drink.
I use it after cycling workouts. Pre meal.
I chose chocolate taste and I think the best combination is with coconut milk sugar free. Excellent !

Good but with a weird taste?
I got the chocolate peanut butter flavour as I've found with most protein powders this is reasonably reliable and my favourite flavour, however, there seems to be a strange taste to the protein powder - probably from sweeteners used? Either way, I'm quite dissapointed. I got the 750g tub to last me a while and i'm not really enjoying the flavour so I'm going to have to find ways to make it taste a bit nicer.
Outside of this though, the texture and blendability (is that a word) is really good - probably the best I've seen from a protein powder for a while. I use unsweetened soya milk to blend with it, but I may mix this up to try and alleviate the weird perfume-y taste from the peanut flavour.
I will probably buy again, but get the vanilla or plain chocolate flavour.

Aside from carbohydrates and fats, proteins are the most important essential macro nutrients in our food. Proteins are responsible for muscle building and maintenance of muscle mass in the body. Protein elements are furthermore responsible for the function and maintenance of your skin, hair and nails. Proteins are made up of amino acids, some of which the body can produce autonomously (non-essential amino acids).
There are 22 amino acids in total of which 8 are so-called essential amino acids. These have to be introduced via food, as the body is unable to produce them autonomously. These include leucine, isoleucine and valine – the so-called BCAAs (branched chain amino acids).

A Whey Protein shake is generally beneficial and easy to digest. Anyone suffering from a lactose intolerance should prepare the Whey Protein shake with water to reduce the lactose content.
In case of a severe lactose intolerance, we recommend switching to a plant-based protein powder (soy protein or pea protein). You should also make sure to drink plenty of water when taking Whey Protein on a regular basis in connection with a high protein diet.
