Preparation

Halve your avocado and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut one half into fine, thin strips.

Lightly toast the wholegrain bread and spread with cream cheese.

Carefully place the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with some lemon juice.

Now season with pepper and salt.

Our Tip
If you prefer something richer, serve an additional boiled egg cut into slices. Garnish the avocado toast with some watercress and extra chili flakes for a fresh kick in the morning!
