No-Bake Protein Cookies (Chocolate-Oat)
all made in one pot, in 15 minutes!
When you want cookies ASAP but don’t want to turn on the oven, turn to these easy no-bake protein cookies. Chocolate whey protein and peanut butter form the flavour base for these cookies whilst oats and runny honey provide a chewy, toothsome texture.
Preparation

In a medium pot, heat the milk, peanut butter, butter, honey and cocoa powder together over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Once the butter has fully melted, allow the mixture to come to a boil, stirring frequently, then remove from the heat.

Stir in the oats until fully combined then sprinkle in the protein powder and stir that in to get a thick dough.

Divide the mixture into 12 balls (roughly 1 tbsp cookie dough per ball) and flatten on a lined baking tray. Allow to cool at room temperature then transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Make these no-bake protein cookies in any flavour you want! Replace the cocoa powder with powdered skimmed milk and replace the chocolate whey protein with any of our other flavours.
