Preheat the oven to 180C fan.
In a medium bowl, mix the oats, banana whey protein, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add the egg white, mashed banana and water then stir until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish, making sure there's some room for it to rise, then bake for 12-15 minutes, until the oats are cooked through.
Remove the baked oats from the oven and, whilst still warm, drizzle with the protein cream and sprinkle on the chocolate chips then serve. You can optionally top the oats with some sliced banana and Greek yogurt, too.
